A. CUSHING TITCOMB
President and Chief Executive Officer
34 years Financial Services Experience

Cushing graduated Magna Cum Laude from Suffolk University with a degree in Finance.

He started his career at State Street Bank & Trust Company in 1974 working in the Commercial Loan division. In 1978 Cushing began working full time in the area of trust administration, financial planning and estate settlement. Most recently he was employed as a Vice President at Citizens Bank New Hampshire in Exeter, NH. He also holds a Certified Financial Services Counselor (C.F.S.C) designation from the National Graduate Trust School at Northwestern University and a Trust & Estates Certificate from the New England School of Banking.

As an active participant in civic and non-profit organizations, his affiliations include:

KIERAN T. O’NEILL

Kieran graduated from Colaiste Mhichil (St. Michael’s College) in Limerick, Ireland in 1987 and from Salem State College in 1999 with a degree in Communications.

After eight years within the Institutional Custody Division of Investors Bank & Trust and then State Street Bank & Trust, Kieran later joined JP Morgan Chase in their Columbus, Ohio division. During his tenure at JP Morgan he was an Assistant Vice President on one of their largest worldwide accounts where he was responsible for reconciliation and risk. Kieran joined Ipswich Investment Management in August 2008 as Vice President of Operations and lives in Salem, Massachusetts.

KATHLEEN W. BOYD
Portfolio Analyst
16 Years Investment Experience

Kathy received her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Babson College in 1988 and her MBA from Bentley College in 1996.

Employed by Russell/Mellon Analytical Services as a Senior Performance Analyst from 1998 to 1999, she was responsible for calculating and reporting the performance of clients’ portfolios. From 1995 to 1998, she was employed by Wellington Management Company as a Senior Account Administrator responsible for all aspects of investment operations for her institutional clients. From 1991 to 1995, she was employed at Brown Brothers Harriman as a Global Custody Supervisor responsible for several mutual fund clients.

ANN CONNORS-COOK
Client Services, Notary Public

Ann received a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from UMass Dartmouth in 1982. Ann brings many years of work experience from large companies including IBM and New England Telephone. She specializes in implementing and maintaining office-wide systems, both automated and administrative, and continually improves the streamlining of company operations and administration. Ann has embraced the challenge of the investment arena and adapted her knowledge of technology to our operations and client service.
